Privacy notice
Cybersignals.io is a B2B account intelligence service for cyber sales teams. The platform is designed to prioritise companies, not private consumers.
Cybersignals.io decides how pilot platform data is processed. Privacy, deletion, correction, opt-out, and vulnerability-reporting requests should be sent to compliance@cybersignals.io.
We process company names, public business profile signals, job-market indicators, procurement indicators, technology evidence, account scoring outputs, and customer pilot usage records. We avoid consumer profiling and do not intentionally collect private personal data.
Some public business sources may include a person in a business capacity, such as a director, founder, recruiter, officer, or business contact. If that occurs, we treat it as personal data and apply minimisation, transparency, and objection controls.
We process data to provide B2B account prioritisation, evidence-backed sales workflow, pilot support, security monitoring, billing support, and data-quality review.
For public business signals, we normally rely on legitimate interests: helping cyber sellers identify relevant companies while limiting privacy impact. For customer account administration, payment, and support, contract or legitimate interests may apply depending on the activity.
You can object to direct marketing or to processing based on legitimate interests. Direct marketing objections are treated as absolute; we keep a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again by mistake.
We use official APIs, public datasets, licensed providers, or customer-provided data where the permitted use is clear. LinkedIn is treated as restricted and is not scraped.
Active evidence is kept only while useful for current account intelligence or compliance review. Pilot account records, suppression records, invoices, and security logs may be retained longer where needed for legal, billing, security, or opt-out purposes.
Authorised customer users see account intelligence inside their tenant workspace. Hosting, database, email, payment, and analytics providers may process limited data as service providers where needed to run the platform.
Please contact us first at compliance@cybersignals.io. You may also contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your data is handled.
